Both meeting rooms have Samsung Smart TVs you can connect to via HDMI or AirPlay — no adapters, no setup time. If you need a run-through before your meeting, just let us know.

a) Meeting room (hourly bookings and up to 4 hours)
Cancellations are compensated with booking credit: an amount added to the User account and usable for future bookings. Booking credit is not a cash refund.
The amount of booking credit depends on the notice given:More than 12 hours in advance → booking credit for 100% of the amount paid
Between 12 and 4 hours in advance → booking credit for 50% of the amount paid
Less than 4 hours in advance → no booking credit, no refund
Booking credit is issued with no fees deducted. It is immediately available for future bookings via the User account and valid for 12 months.
Converting booking credit into a cash refund.
Upon explicit request, available booking credit can be refunded to the original payment method via Stripe. In this case only, the Stripe processing fee from the original payment is deducted in proportion to the refunded amount.
Example: for a €100 booking cancelled 6 hours in advance, €50 in booking credit is issued. If converted to a cash refund, €50 is returned minus the proportional share of the Stripe fee.
b) Meeting room bookings (between 4 hours and one full day)More than 7 days in advance → booking credit for 100% of the amount paid
Between 7 days and 24 hours in advance → booking credit for 50% of the amount paid
Less than 24 hours in advance → no booking credit, no refund
Booking credit is issued with no fees deducted. It is immediately available for future bookings via the User account and valid for 12 months.
For bookings with tailored additional services, out-of-hours slots and multiple day bookings, a dedicated agreement with specific cancellation and payment terms applies and prevails over this policy.
