Yes — the meeting rooms can be booked by everyone, no membership required. You can book it by the hour directly on our website or write us at ciao@versatile.is if in need of a longer booking.

Yes, we work with trusted partners who can offer tailored coffee breaks or working lunches for longer sessions. Just get in touch at ciao@versatile.is.

Both meeting rooms have Samsung Smart TVs you can connect to via HDMI or AirPlay — no adapters, no setup time. If you need a run-through before your meeting, just let us know.

For hourly bookings (up to 4 hours): cancel more than 12 hours in advance for a full refund, 50% back if between 4–12 hours before, and no refund within 4 hours. For full-day or multi-day bookings, the window extends to 7 days for a full refund. Refunds are issued as credits by default .
